RESOLUTION APPROVING AWARD OF CONTRACT TO
PETERSON CONTRACTORS, INC,. OF REINBECK, IOWA, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $346,508.25, IN CONJUNCTION WITH F.Y. 2016
GALACTIC DRIVE AND FITZWAY DRIVE EXTENSIONS,
CONTRACT NO. 896.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract dated May 16, 2016, between.Peterson Contractors, Inc., of Reinbeck, Iowa and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of$346,508.25, in conjunction with F.Y. 2016
Galactic Drive and Fitzway Drive Extensions, Contract No. 896, is hereby awarded and
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of May, 2016.
