SITE PLAN AMENDMENT
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Notice is hereby given that on the 1st
day of July 2024, at 5:30 p.m. in the
Council Chambers in the City Hall in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, a public
hearing will be held by the Council of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, to approve
a request by Walnut Baptist Church for
a Site Plan Amendment to convert an
office building into a religious facility at
the former Grainger Industries building
in the 'B-P" Business Park District lo-
cated at 827 Fisher Drive, legally de-
scribed as follows;
