RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATION OF AWARD
OF CONTRACT TO ASPRO, INC. OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y. 2011 STREET
RECONSTRUCTION PROGRAM, CONTRACT NO. 798, IN
THE AMOUNT OF $4,251,258.60.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the contract with Aspro, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa, in the
amount of $4,251,258.60, in conjunction with the F.Y. 2011 Street
Reconstruction Program, Contract No. 798, described in the plans
and specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said
project with Resolution No. 2011-245 after public hearing on
April 4, 2011 on published notice required by law, be and is
hereby awarded, the same being the apparent lowest bid for said
project.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of April, 2011.
