RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT, BONDS, AND
CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE WITH ASPRO, INC. OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y.
2011 STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROGRAM, CONTRACT
NO. 798, IN THE AMOUNT OF $4,251,258.60, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the Contract, Bonds, and Certificates of Insurance with
Aspro, Inc., of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $4,251,258.60,
in conjunction with the F.Y. 2011 Street Reconstruction Program,
Contract No. 798, described in the plans and specifications
heretofore adopted by this Council for said project with
Resolution No. 2011-245, after public hearing on April 4, 2011 on
published notice required by law, be and are hereby approved, and
the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute said
documents.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of April, 2011.
