RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
WITH CPM ACQUISITION CORPORATION AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID DEVELOPMENT
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Development Agreement dated April 11, 2011, for the
construction of a new 5,500 to 6,500 square foot office addition
onto the existing industrial building at 2975 Airline Circle in
the Airport Tax Increment Finance District, by and between CPM
Acquisition Corporation of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of April, 2011.
