RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE REQUEST
OF CONTROL FOR A SITE PLAN AMENDMENT TO THE
"M-2, P" PLANNED INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED ACROSS THE STREET FROM 2425
GT DRIVE IN THE NORTHEAST INDUSTRIAL PARK, AS
APRIL 25, 2011, AT 5:30 P.M. IN THE COUNCIL
CHAMBERS IN CITY HALL AND INSTRUCTING CITY
CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 25th day of April, 2011, for
the purpose of considering the request of ConTrol for a Site Plan
Amendment to the "M -2,P" Planned Industrial District for property
located across the street from 2425 GT Drive in the Northeast
Industrial Park for the construction of a 17,500 square foot
expansion, and legally described as follows:
Lot 18, Northeast Industrial Park Plat No. 3, all in
the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
