RESOLUTION NO. 2024-371
RESOLUTION TO PLACE EACH NON -BARGAINING EMPLOYEE
ON A SALARY GRADE AND STEP BASED ON THE RESULTS OF
THE WAGE AND COMPENSATION SURVEY, CONDUCTED BY
GOVHR, AND APPROVE AN ADDITIONAL THREE PERCENT
ACROSS THE BOARD SALARY INCREASE FOR THOSE
EMPLOYEES EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2024.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that placement of each non -bargaining employee on a salary grade and step based on the
results of the wage and compensation survey, conducted by GovHR, and an additional three
percent across the board salary increase for those employees effective July 1, 2024, is hereby
approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized and directed to execute said documents on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of June 2024.
