RESOLUTION NO. 2024-373
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT
WITH THE SAYER LAW GROUP, P.C., IN THE AMOUNT OF
$25,000.00, FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR 657A CASE
CONSULTATIONS, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Employment Contract with the Sayer Law Group, P.C., in the amount of
$25,000.00, for professional services for 657A case consultations, is hereby approved, and the
Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of June 2024.
