RESOLUTION NO. 2024-376
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH VANDEWALLE AND ASSOCIATES, IN
THE AMOUNT OF $72,000.00, FOR CONTINUED WORK ON
DOWNTOWN WATERLOO PLANNING EFFORTS,
REDEVELOPMENT DESIGN, RIVERFRONT
DEVELOPMENT, AND FUNDING OPPORTUNITIES FOR FY
2025, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Professional Services Agreement with Vandewalle and Associates, in the amount
of $72,000.00, for continued work on downtown Waterloo planning efforts, redevelopment
design, riverfront development, and funding opportunities for FY 2025, is hereby approved, and
the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of June 2024.
