BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the Development and Minimum Assessment Agreement dated June 17, 2024, between Nagel Sign Company and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in conjunction with the construction of a new commercial building located at 1029 Thorndale Avenue, with a minimum assessed value of$345,000.00, is hereby approved. 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said documents on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17`h day of June 2024.
