RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS FOR AUDUBON
PARK SIXTH ADDITION IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA.
WHEREAS, the following improvements were required as a
precedent to the final approval of Audubon Park Sixth Addition:
the installation of sanitary sewer and storm sewer for Redtail
Drive and Harbin Drive, and paving for Redtail Drive, and
WHEREAS, the above improvements have been completed in
substantial conformance with the construction plans, standards
and requirements of the City Engineer.
WHEREAS, Peterson Contractors, Inc. has provided a two-year
Maintenance Bond for said Audubon Park Sixth Addition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the improvements for Audubon Park Sixth
Addition, be and the same are hereby accepted.
