RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION FOR
EXCEPTION TO BURNING YARD WASTE FROM DENNIS
CLARK.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Application for Exception to Burning Yard Waste from
Dennis Clark to burn approximately 4 acres of prairie grass
located north and south of the pond located at 2204 Ashland
Avenue, during the period of March 30 - June 15, 2011 and
September 1 - November 15, 2011, be and the same is hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of April, 2011.
