RESOLUTION NO. 2024-394
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH INVISION
ARCHITECTURE OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PUBLIC MARKET
RENOVATIONS PROJECT, ORIGINALLY EXECUTED APRIL
1, 2024, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Professional Services Agreement with Invision Architecture of Waterloo, Iowa,
originally executed April 1, 2024, in the amount not to exceed $65,000.00, in conjunction with
the Public Market Renovations Project, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and
directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of July 2024.
