RESOLUTION NO. 2024-397
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH HR GREEN, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO
EXCEED $5,100.00, TO COMPLETE A PHASE I
ENVIRONMENTAL SITE ASSESSMENT FOR A CITY -
OWNED LOT ON THE TECHWORKS CAMPUS, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Professional Services Agreement with HR Green, in an amount not to exceed
$5,100.00, to complete a phase I Environmental Site Assessment for a city -owned lot on the
Techworks Campus, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute
said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of July 2024.
