RESOLUTION NO. 2024-398
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH AECOM, WATERLOO, IOWA, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $379,500.00, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
SOUTH WATERLOO BUSINESS PARK FINAL DESIGN, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Professional Services Agreement with AECOM of Waterloo, Iowa, in the
amount of $379,500.00, in conjunction with the South Waterloo Business Park final design, is
hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said
document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this lst day of July 2024.
