RESOLUTION NO. 2024-399
RESOLUTION APPROVING A SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT
WITH KEVIN KALSEM, TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE
ROGER T. KALSEM TRUST, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$12,119.00, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2023
HAMMOND AVENUE BRIDGE REPLACEMENT,
CONTRACT NO. 922, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Settlement Agreement with Kevin Kalsem, Trustee on behalf of the Roger T.
Kalsem Trust, in the amount of $12,119.00, in conjunction with the FY 2023 Hammond Avenue
Bridge Replacement, Contract No. 922, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of July 2024.
