RESOLUTION APPROVING OPTION AND LAND LEASE
AGREEMENT WITH FIDELITY TOWERS INC. OF PARKER,
COLORADO, AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Option and Land Lease Agreement dated April 28, 2011, in
the amount of $9,600.00 per year, to lease a 2,500 square foot
area for the construction of a 120' stealth monopole tower and
equipment at Morris Park located at the corner of Ridgeway Avenue
and 11th Street, by and between Fidelity Towers Inc. of Parker,
Colorado and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of April, 2011.
