RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH THE
PURCHASE OF TRAFFIC MAST ARM POLES, WILLISTON
AT BALTIMORE AND WILLISTON AT WEST 9TH
STREET.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2011-298, specifications, bid
document, form of contract, and estimate of cost, etc., for the
Purchase of Traffic Mast Arm Poles, Williston at Baltimore and
Williston at West 9th Street, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have
been approved and adopted by this Council after the hearing
prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said
authorization to proceed with purchase be approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of April, 2011.
