RESOLUTION APPROVING 28E AGREEMENT WITH CITY
OF LA PORTE CITY, IOWA AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID 28E AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the 28E Agreement dated April 19, 2011, to provide technical
and professional assistance for building inspections and plan
review, by and between the City of La Porte City, Iowa and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of April, 2011.
