RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT FOR THE
DISASTER RECOVERY EXPANDED BUSINESS RENTAL
ASSISTANCE PROGRAM WITH THE IOWA DEPARTMENT
OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID CONTRACT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Contract dated April 18, 2011, for the Disaster Recovery
Expanded Business Rental Assistance Program with the following
business:
River Plaza Athletic Club, 10 West 4th Street $45,153.00
by and between the Iowa Department of Economic Development (CDBG
Contract #08 -DRB -205) and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same are hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of April, 2011.
