RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated April 18, 2011, for Traffic Safety
Improvement Program Funding in the amount of $63,000.00, with no
local match, for traffic safety improvements at the intersection
of U.S. 63 and University Avenue, by and between the Iowa
Department of Transportation and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of April, 2011.
