TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Notice is hereby given that on the 18th
day of March 2024, at 5:30 p.m., in the
Harold E. Getty Council Chambers in the
City Hall in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, a
public hearing will be held by the Council
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for the sale
and conveyance of city -owned property
located at 215 Locust Street, in the
amount of $5,000.00, to Marcelino Balion
Perez, including a Development Agree-
ment and Real Estate Contract, legally
described as follows:
THE SOUTHEASTERLY 38 FEET OF
LOTS 8 AND 9 IN BLOCK 9 IN
"WHITNEY'S SUBDIVISION" IN WATER-
LOO, IOWA.
Anyone who is interested may appear at
said time and place and be heard or may
file written objection with the City Clerk,
City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, before the date
set for said hearing.
