1. The undersigned, being a corporation existing under the laws of the state of 129 4b 'a

been familiarized with the specifications contained herein, hereby proposes to furnish all
supervision,personnel, labor, materials, machinery, tools, appurtenances, equipment and all
services required to design,produce, and mail the Spring 2014 Storm Water Education Brochure,
all in accordance with the specifications and at the bid prices for the following items:
