TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Notice is hereby given that on the 16th
day of July 2024: at 5:30 p.m., in the
Harold E. Getty Council Chambers in
the City Hall in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, a public hearing will be held by
the Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, for the sale and conveyance
of city -owned property located east
of 427 Rath Street, in the amount of
$10.00, to Ronald Lee Kisner, Jr., in-
cluding a Development Agreement
and Real Estate Contract . legally de-
scribed as follows:
Lot 15; and that part of Lot 14 de-
scribed as follows; Commencing at the
Southeasterly corner of said Lot 14:
running thence Northwesterly along
the Northeasterly line of Rath Stree
0 feet, running thence Northeasterly
in a straight line to the Northeasterly
corner of said Lot 14, running thence
Southwesterly along the Southeast-
erly line of said Lot 14 to place of
beginning: all in Block 3 in Lake Side
Addition to Waterloo, Iowa.
Anyone who is interested may appear
at said time and place and be heard or
may file written objection with the City
Clerk, City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, before
the date set for said hearing.
