RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF
STREET LIGHT IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that a 30 -foot wood pole with a 250 -watt HPS light be
installed on the south side and the north side of the
intersection of West Airline Highway and MidPort Boulevard.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she is
hereby ordered to certify a copy of this resolution to
MidAmerican Energy Company of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of April, 2011.
