RESOLUTION NO. 2011-322
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH THE IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated April 25, 2011, for Federal STP funds in
the amount of $50,000.00, with 20 percent local match, for a
Traffic Safety Awareness Campaign in Cedar Falls, Elk Run
Heights, Evansdale, Gilbertville, Hudson, Raymond and Waterloo,
Project No. STP -U-8155(710)-70-07, by and between the Iowa
Department of Transportation and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of April, 2011.
