RESOLUTION NO. 2024-418
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH USDA
WILDLIFE SERVICES TO MINIMIZE WILDLIFE -RELATED
PROPERTY DAMAGE AND RISK TO HUMAN HEALTH AND
SAFETY, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Cooperative Services Agreement between the USDA Wildlife Services to
minimize wildlife -related property damage and risk to human health and safety, is hereby
approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of July 2024.
