RESOLUTION NO. 2024-419
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH
ROUTEWARE, INC., TO INCLUDE A ONE-TIME
HARDWARE PURCHASE OF $13,487.00 AND A MONTHLY
SUBSCRIPTION FEE OF $1,771.90 FOR A THIRTY -SIX-
MONTH LEASE, INSTALLATION OF FIVE NEW ANDROID
TABLETS AND CORRESPONDING SUBSCRIPTION
SERVICE FOR NEWLY PURCHASED SANITATION TRUCKS
AND THOSE TRUCKS WITHOUT CURRENT ROUTEWARE
SYSTEMS, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the agreement with Routeware, Inc., to include a one-time hardware purchase of
$13,487.00 and a monthly subscription fee of $1,771.90 for a thirty -six-month lease, installation
of five new Android Tablets and corresponding subscription service for newly purchased
Sanitation trucks and those trucks without current Routeware systems, is hereby approved, and
the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of July 2024.
