RESOLUTION NO. 2024-424
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ENTERPRISE LICENSE
AGREEMENT WITH ENVIRONMENTAL SYSTEMS
RESEARCH INSTITUTE, INC., OF REDLANDS,
CALIFORNIA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $58,500.00 ANNUALLY
FOR THREE YEARS, FOR ESRI GEOGRAPHIC
INFORMATION SYSTEMS SOFTWARE ON AN UNLIMITED
BASIS, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Enterprise License Agreement with Environmental Systems Research Institute,
Inc., of Redlands, California, in the amount of $58,500.00 annually for three years, for ESRI
Geographic Information Systems Software on an unlimited basis, is hereby approved, and the
Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15t" day of July 2024.
