BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
AS FOLLOWS:
That approximately 6,682 square feet of city-owned right-of-way located east of 522 Albany
Street, and legally described as follows:
THAT PART OF THE 18-FOOT PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY LOCATED WEST
OF BLOCK 3 OF SHILLIAMS FOURTH ADDITION LOCATED NORTH OF A
WESTERLY EXTENSION OF THE SOUTH LINE OF LOT 5 OF SAID BLOCK
3, AND SOUTH OF A WESTERLY EXTENSION OF THE NORTH LINE OF
LOT 1 OF SAID BLOCK 3,CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
