Donald Street Bike Trail Project TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT The undersigned does hereby grant and convey unto the City of Waterloo, Iowa, a temporary easement across the following described property in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, State of Iowa: See attached plat of survey for the purpose of the construction of the West Donald Street Bike Trail Project, together with a right of ingress and egress thereon. Due to the access to this property being a substantial length in distance, the reconstruction of the entrance will be done in stages (multiple pours), a "temporary access will be maintained at all times during the reconstruction of the driveway for unlimited access for truck traffic entering and leaving the site. SAID TEMPORARY EASEMENT WILL RETURN TO ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION AND EXPIRE UPON COMPLETION OF CONSTRUCTION. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this Z c day of -�-' ,2007.
