The remaining funding needed to complete the cleanup was received in the form of a loan to itself under Waterloo's BCRLF cooperative agreement no.BL98708301. The approval for the use of the IBCRLF at the CMC site was not received until April 2007. Waterloo plans to complete the cleanup by December 31,2007• This Amendment also revises Administrative Condition number 8.2 for financial reporting requirements.
