RESOLUTION NO. 2011-334
RESOLUTION APPROVING SECOND AMENDMENT TO
CONTRACT WITH CLARK, BUTLER, WALSH & HAMANN
AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AMENDMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Second Amendment to the original Contract dated
November 1, 2009, to provide legal services to the City
pertaining to the City of Waterloo's Hazard Mitigation Grant
Program (HMGP) Property Acquisition Project, to extend the term
of the Contract for an additional period of six (6) months, from
May 1, 2011 to October 31, 2011, by and between Clark, Butler,
Walsh & Hamann of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day __Qf April, 2011.
