RESOLUTION NO. 2011-336
RESOLUTION APPROVING RENEWAL OF CONTRACT WITH
MCGLADREY & PULLEN, LLP.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the renewal of the contract dated April 25, 2011, to provide
audit services for the fiscal years ending June 30, 2011 and June
30, 2012 at a base fee of $81,000.00 for FYE2011 and $83,000.00
for FYE2012, by and between McGladrey & Pullen, LLP of Waterloo,
Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of April, 2011.
