RESOLUTION NO. 2024-429
RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONTRACT WITH GROUT
MUSEUM, INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $625,000.00, TO
PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL SERVICES AND ENHANCE THE
QUALITY OF LIFE FOR THE RESIDENTS OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the contract with Grout Museum, Inc., in the amount of $625,000.00, to provide
educational services and enhance the quality of life for the residents of Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby
approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 29t" day of July 2024.
