RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
Reference is made to that certain mortgage dated March 3, 1988, made and executed by'NH
Enterprises, Inc. to City of Waterloo, Iowa, and recorded in the records of the office of the Recorder of
Black Hawk County, Iowa, in City Lot Mortgage Book 580, Page 745, on March 10, 1988. The
undersigned hereby releases the premises described therein from the lien of said mortgage.
Words and phrases herein, including acknowledgment hereof, shall be construed as in the singular
or plural number, and as masculine, feminine, or neuter gender, according to the context.
