Funds granted by the Black Hawk County Gaming Association shall be used by the grantee within 12 months of the official public announcement,unless otherwise specified or agreed to at the time of the grant award,or by subsequent action of the Black Hawk County Gaming Association.Projects must be started and completed on time and completed as presented.
