EFFECTIVE DATE: May 31, 2004
THIS AMENDMENT is made by and between the IOWA DEPARTMENT OF
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, (hereafter "Department"), 200 East Grand Avenue, Des
Moines, Iowa 50309, an agency of the State of Iowa and the City of Waterloo, 715 Mulberry
Street, Waterloo, Iowa, 50703 (hereafter "Contractor").
Contractor requested that the contract be amended. Contract Number 97-PIAP-03 is
hereby modified as follows:
1 . The agreement expiration date is extended from May 31, 2004 to May 31, 2009. The
agreement expiration date shown in the agreement is amended to read as follows:
AGREEMENT EXPIRATION DATE: May 31, 2001 May 31, 2009
2. The project completion date is extended from May 31, 2004 to May 31, 2009. Article 1,
section 1.7, is amended to read as follows:
ARTICLE 1 DEFINITIONS:
1.7 PROJECT COMPLETION DATE: "Project Completion Date"means May
31, 2004 May 31, 2009 and is the date by which the Project tasks shall
have been fully accomplished.
Except as otherwise revised above, the terms, provisions, and conditions of Contract
Number 97-PIAP-03 remain unchanged and are in full force and effect:
