The undersigned, City of Waterloo, Iowa, the present owner of the mortgage hereinafter
described, does hereby acknowledge that a certain mortgage dated July 17, 1995, made and executed
by WeLyn Enterprises, Inc., to City of Waterloo, Iowa, for the property legally described as:
Lot 3, Burton Avenue Industrial Park, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
is redeemed, paid off, satisfied, and discharged in full.
Words and phrases herein, including acknowledgment hereof, shall be construed as in the singular or plural number,
and as masculine or feminine gender, according to the context.
