RESOLUTION NO. 2011-744
RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATION OF AWARD
OF BID TO CAPTIVE AIRE SYSTEMS OF MARION,
IOWA, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF
PUBLIC MARKET KITCHEN HOOD (EQUIPMENT ONLY),
IN THE AMOUNT OF $37,396.45.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Captive Aire Systems of Marion, Iowa, in the
amount of $37,396.45, in conjunction with the Purchase of Public
Market Kitchen Hood (equipment only) described in the plans and
specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said
project with Resolution No. 2011-713, after public hearing on
July 25, 2011 on published notice required by law, be and is
hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this lst day of August, 2011.
