RESOLUTION NO. 2011-745
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 1 WITH JDE ENGINEERING, PLC OF LAPORTE
CITY, IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Supplemental Agreement No. 1 dated August 1, 2011, in an
amount not to exceed $2,750.00, for additional professional
services in conjunction with the F.Y. 2011 Downtown Wayfinding
Signage, Contract No. 783, by and between JDE Engineering, PLC of
LaPorte City, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13t day of August, 2011.
