TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT
The undersigned does hereby grant and convey unto the City of Waterloo, Iowa, a
temporary easement across the following described property in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County,State of Iowa:
See attached plat
for the purpose of the construction of the West Donald Street Bike Trail Project,
together with a right of ingress and egress thereon. Due to access to this property
being a concern, arrangements and an agreement must be reached by the City,
hired contractor and the Facilities Manager for the property in question that will
provide an unobstructed,clear access to the property at all times,as well as during
drill weekends before construction of any recreational trail can begin directly in
front of and adjacent to the facility at 1689 Burton Avenue,Waterloo,Iowa,50703.
**SAID TEMPORARY EASEMENT WILL RETURN TO ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION
AND EXPIRE UPON COMPLETION OF CONSTRUCTION**
