RESOLUTION NO. 2011-746
RESOLUTION APPROVING CITY/STATE FEDERAL -AID
AGREEMENT WITH IOWA DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that City/State Federal -Aid Agreement No. 02-11-STPU-011 dated
August 1, 2011, for Federal Surface Transportation funds in the
amount of $1,320,000.00, with a local match of $330,000.00, for
the F.Y. 2012 East Donald Street Improvements, Contract No. 797,
Project No. STP -U-8155(714)-70-07, by and between the Iowa
Department of Transportation and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1St day of August, 2011.
