RESOLUTION NO. 2011-748
RESOLUTION APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
WITH THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE BUREAU OF
ALCOHOL, TOBACCO, FIREARMS AND EXPLOSIVES
(ATF) AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT BY DIRECTOR OF SAFETY
SERVICES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Memorandum of Agreement dated August 1, 2011, for
reimbursement of overtime salary costs and other costs incurred
by the Waterloo Police Department in providing resources to
assist ATF, by and between the U.S. Department of Justice Bureau
of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) and the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
Director of Safety Services authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this lst day of August, 2011.
