RESOLUTION APPROVING BONDS AND CERTIFICATE OF
INSURANCE WITH ATC ASSOCIATES, INC. OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $7,010.00,
IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE ASBESTOS SURVEY AND
ABATEMENT MONITORING SERVICES GROUP 2 FOR
DEMOLITION ACTIVITIES FOR THE HAZARD
MITIGATION GRANT PROGRAM (HMGP) PROPERTY
ACQUISITION PROJECT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the Bonds and Certificate of Insurance with ATC
Associates, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $7,010.00,
in conjunction with the Asbestos Survey and Abatement Monitoring
Services Group 2 for Demolition Activities for the Hazard
Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) Property Acquisition Project,
described in the plans and specifications heretofore adopted by
this Council in Resolution No. 2011-648 for said project, after
public hearing on July 11, 2011 on published notice required by
law, be and is hereby accepted, the same being the lowest bid
received for said work.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1St day of August, 2011.
