RESOLUTION NO. 2011-751
RESOLUTION APPROVING SECOND AMENDMENT TO
CONTRACT FOR DEMOLITION AND SITE CLEARANCE
SERVICES (NO RACM) GROUP 1 WITH KELLY
DEMOLITION, LLC OF MOUNT VERNON, IOWA FOR THE
HAZARD MITIGATION GRANT PROGRAM (HMGP)
PROPERTY ACQUISITION PROJECT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the Second Amendment to Contract for Demolition and
Site Clearance Services (no RACM) Group 1 with Kelly Demolition,
LLC of Mount Vernon, Iowa, to authorize Change Order No. 2 for a
net increase of $15,250.00 with a revised contract limit and
total actual expenses allowed by the Contract not to exceed
$216,054.95, be and is hereby accepted.
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute the
contract amendment with the said contractor for Demolition and
Site Clearance Services (no RACM) Group 1 for the Hazard
Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) Property Acquisition Project.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1St day of August, 2011.
