Lee Jeff Bales 1625 Depot St. 715 Mulberry Stevens Point, WI. 54481 Waterloo, IA 50703 RE: Change of Surface Type To Whom It May Concern: The Chicago, Central and Pacific Railroad Company have determined the use of rubber or timber surface materials will be used on the majority of their crossings system wide. Therefore, the verbiage on the Exhibit"A", Item No. 1, Section A, attached to the agreement will be revised to read as follows for the MOW Street cro ing in Waterloo. Idaho 1. Crossing(s)Reconstructed A. COMPANY will reconstruct 2 crossings of 90 total feet that include 64 feet of rubber surface material through the traveled roadway and 26 feet of rubber surface material through the shoulder, sidewalk, and/or trail area. As a minimum, the crossing must extend beyond the edge of the traveled roadway and through the shoulder if not curbed. If you concur,please sign all three (3) copies of this addendum and forward them to the highway authority for their signature. If you have any questions,please feel free to contact me.
