RESOLUTION APPROVING REQUEST OF CHIEF OF FIRE
SERVICES TO HOLD BOOT BLOCK FOR MUSCULAR
DYSTROPHY ASSOCIATION (MDA) ON SEPTEMBER 1-2,
2011 FROM 3:00 P.M. TO 6:00 P.M. AND ON
SEPTEMBER 3, 2011 FROM 1:00 P.M. TO 4:00 P.M.
AT THE INTERSECTIONS OF FRANKLIN AND EAST 3RD
STREETS, ANSBOROUGH AND DOWNING AVENUES,
KIMBALL AND RIDGEWAY AVENUES, AND LAPORTE
ROAD AND SAN MARNAN DRIVE.
WHEREAS, it has been the tradition of Waterloo Firefighters
Local #66 to help the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) with a
Boot Block, and
WHEREAS, the Chief of Fire Services is requesting that said
Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) Boot Block be held September
1-2, 2011 from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on September 3, 2011
from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the intersections of Franklin and
East 3rd Streets, Ansborough and Downing Avenues, Kimball and
Ridgeway Avenues, and LaPorte Road and San Marnan Drive.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE
