RESOLUTION NO. 2011-759
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FIRE STATION CONCRETE
REPLACEMENT AND REPAIR PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Building Official/Maintenance
Administrator of said City to prepare proposed specifications,
bid document, form of contract, estimate of cost, etc., in
conjunction with the Fire Station Concrete Replacement and Repair
Project, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Building Official/Maintenance Administrator
did file said preliminary specifications, bid document, form of
contract, estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the Fire
Station Concrete Replacement and Repair Project, which were
preliminarily approved by Resolution No. 2011-634 on June 27,
2011, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on August 8,
2011.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document,
form of contract, estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the
Fire Station Concrete Replacement and Repair Project, in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as
filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of August, 2011.
