RESOLUTION NO. 2011-764
RESOLUTION APPROVING EQUIPMENT USAGE
AGREEMENT AMENDMENT WITH BLACK HAWK SOIL AND
WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Equipment Usage Agreement Amendment dated August 8,
2011, to include an annual renewal date of February 15th to the
Agreement for the Castle Hill and Pleasant Valley Watershed
Assessments, by and between Black Hawk Soil and Water
Conservation District and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of August, 2011.
